Rev Ken Aringo:

Rev. Ken Aingo is a seasoned youth minister and global mentor with over 25 years of experience in discipleship, counseling, and family empowerment. He currently serves as the Continental Director for East Africa at First Priority Global Ministry, an organization dedicated to youth discipleship and leadership development.
Based in Nairobi, Kenya, Rev. Ken lives with his wife, Ruth, and their three children—two sons and a daughter. Together, they co-lead Marriage Garage/Couples Clinic, a family therapy and marriage counseling center located in Woodley Estate, Nairobi.
Ken holds a Bachelor of Divinity from St. Paul’s University and a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Daystar University. He is also a Certified Professional Mediator (CPM) through the Mediation Training Institute of East Africa and a Licensed Counseling Psychologist.
He is the Founder and President of Preserving Human Dignity Africa Ministries (PHD Africa), a registered non-profit and non-denominational organization focused on mental wellness, family empowerment, and community transformation. In addition, he established the Preserving Human Dignity Mental Wellness Hub, an initiative aimed at promoting emotional and psychological well-being across diverse populations.
Rev. Ken is an ordained minister in the Anglican Church of Kenya, a celebrated conference speaker, and a respected addictions therapist. He is the author of the best-selling book "The Software of Sex" and has mentored students and young leaders globally for over two decades.
A passionate advocate for physical and mental health, Rev. Ken enjoys basketball and traveling in his free time.

Dr. Mary Machira is an accomplished leader in international education, serving as Executive Director of International Programs and Services and as a Senior International Officer. With over 25 years of experience in higher education, she has built a distinguished career focused on international education leadership, student support, and advancing global engagement initiatives.
An active member of the international education community, Dr. Machira regularly presents at national and international conferences. As a Fulbright recipient, her global perspective has been enriched through international professional experiences and research that explored the impact of patriarchal systems on women’s participation in higher education in Sub-Saharan Africa. This work continues to fuel her commitment to advancing women’s leadership and increasing diversity across the sector.
Beyond her professional work, Dr. Machira is a dedicated advocate for women’s leadership and education. She is committed to inspiring young people—especially women of color—to claim their place at the table and become changemakers in their communities. She enjoys reading, puzzles, documentaries, sports, and traveling to new places.
An active member of the international education community, Dr. Machira regularly presents at national and international conferences. Ruth Ouma-Aringo is a dedicated educational professional with over 20 years of experience in teaching, counseling, and educational leadership. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Education from Kenyatta University and a Master's degree in Counseling from the University of Nairobi, Kenya.
Throughout her career, Ruth has demonstrated a strong commitment to supporting high school students, providing them with the guidance and counseling needed to foster both academic achievement and personal development. Her passion for youth empowerment is reflected in her impactful work within schools and the broader community.
Ruth serves as a board member and trustee of Preserving Human Dignity, where she contributes to initiatives that promote community service. She is also a seasoned speaker and facilitator, specializing in adolescent mental health and wellness, and is widely recognized for her ability to engage, inform, and inspire diverse audiences.

Dr. Tonny Gobanga is a passionate advocate for healthy marriages, meaningful relationships, and transformative leadership. He formerly served as the Lead Pastor of Ruby Family Church in Rongai, Kenya, where he mentored individuals and families through faith-based initiatives.
An accomplished author, Dr. Gobanga has published eight books, with two additional titles forthcoming. His work reflects a deep commitment to empowering others through insight, empathy, and experience.
In Kenya, Dr. Gobanga also led leadership training and consulting engagements for prominent organizations including Kenya Airways, Amaco Insurance, IJC Kenya, Anglican Development Services Kenya, and Metisec Solutions, among others.
A certified marital therapist, he continues to support couples and families in building resilient, thriving relationships. Dr. Gobanga currently resides in Dallas, Texas, with his wife, Terry Gobanga, and their two daughters. Outside of his professional life, he enjoys music, art, and basketball.

Roselyne Shiyenze is a global fashion designer, educator, certified public accountant, and faith-driven social impact leader whose work boldly integrates heritage, healing, and high fashion. She is the Founder and Creative Director of Shiyenze Fashion—a global brand renowned for its Afrocentric storytelling, timeless design, and transformative mission. Based in Brooklyn, New York, Shiyenze leads her creative studio while also serving as a fashion educator, equipping the next generation of designers with industry skills, cultural intelligence, and purpose-driven innovation.
A devout Christian, Shiyenze’s work is rooted in her lived experience—one marked by adversity, resilience, and spiritual renewal. Her flagship initiative, Dream Again, was born out of a deeply personal journey of navigating grief, rejection, and deferred dreams. Today, it is a growing movement that restores hope, voice, and vision to individuals around the world whose dreams have been silenced or delayed.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business Management from the United States International University (USIU–Africa), is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA-K), and holds a Master’s degree in Sustainable Development. Through her second venture, Fabric Heaven, she provides Afrocentric manufacturing and wholesale solutions to small-scale and emerging fashion brands across the U.S. and Africa.
Her #ShiyenzeSocks campaign funds educational and wellness resources for children in her hometown of Kakamega, Kenya where her legacy of impact began.
